Weight Management

Weight Management at The Parkwood Clinic

Weight changes during perimenopause and menopause are very common. Shifts in hormones and
metabolism can make it harder to maintain a healthy weight, even with diet and exercise.
At The Parkwood Clinic, I offer a small, carefully chosen range of evidence-based supplements to
support metabolism, appetite control, and overall wellbeing. These products are designed to
complement healthy lifestyle choices, not replace them.

My Approach

Every product I recommend is supported by research and chosen for both safety and effectiveness.
As a Registered Nurse and Independent Prescriber, I only supply supplements that meet strict
quality standards.

Safety and Regulation

I’m a Registered Nurse with the NMC and an Independent Nurse Prescriber. All treatments are
based on the latest evidence and prescribed safely through regulated UK pharmacies.
