About Me
I’m Tracey Miles, a Registered Nurse (NMC), Independent Nurse Prescriber, and the founder of The Parkwood Clinic. I have over 22 years of nursing experience and hold a BSc in Specialist Community Public Health.
My work today focuses on two areas I am deeply passionate about: hormone optimisation, menopause care, and medical aesthetics.
Background
My nursing career has taken me through a wide range of specialisms, including paediatrics, school nursing, GP practice nursing, and community health visiting. In 2015, I trained in aesthetics on Harley Street, later completing advanced masterclasses to ensure my treatments are safe, evidence-based, and results-driven.

I established The Parkwood Clinic in 2019, bringing together my expertise in hormones and aesthetics to create a dedicated space where women feel supported through every stage of life.

Earlier in my life, I represented Great Britain as an international springboard and highboard diver, competing at the National, European, and World Championships. The discipline and resilience I developed through sport have stayed with me and influence the way I work with patients today — with focus, precision, and care.

At The Parkwood Clinic, I aim to provide more than just treatment. I want to create a warm, welcoming environment where you feel truly listened to, understood, and supported. My goal is always to help you feel like the best version of yourself.
